• Investment Representative
  Richard grew up in Vernon, CT and attended Connecticut State University where he graduated cum-laude with a Bachelors degree in Finance. While there, he was his graduating class' Treasurer, and in his senior year was given the 'Excellence in Finance Award' by the Dean of the University and the Chairman of the School of Business. After college, Richard worked as a Financial Analyst for Midland Bank (now HSBC) in London, and later returned to Vernon and worked as a Financial Auditor for Fleet Bank (now BoA) and as a Senior Analyst for the Travelers. Since 1995, he's worked independently in greater Hartford and western Massachusetts specializing in Retirement and Estate Planning for seniors, and has been a strict advocate of a conservative investment philosophy.

  Richard resides in Enfield, CT with his wife and two sons. He is active in his community and has held various positions in organizations and activities related to school, sports, scouting, etc. He has been a member of the Town of Enfield Ethics Commission since 2003 and the Ethics Commission Chairman since 2007. Since November 2009, he is on a 1 term absence required after 3 active terms.

  Holly works for Pasco Advisors, LLC.and has over 20 years of Administrative Assistant and Client Service experience. Holly graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2007 and is pursuing her Masters in Business Administration.

  When you call or come to the office, you will be greeted by Holly as her duties include servicing our financial advisory clients, as well as, clients from our Medicare Program and Social Security Program. Holly also supports Tax Advisory Group, LLC., working closely with our CPA's and tax preparers.

  Holly resides in Enfield where she has lived since she was two. She lives with her husband, Lou and their two daughters, Ashley and Emilee. She is very involved in Girls Scouts and the Shriners Hospital for Children. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time doing crafts with her children or just relaxing with family and friends.
